1. Information we process

Haven Diva processes the minimum information needed to respond to music commands, manage playback, and keep the service reliable.

• Discord identifiers, such as user, server, channel, role, and interaction IDs.
• Server preferences, player settings, and permissions configured for the bot.
• Music searches, track or playlist links, queue contents, playback state, and related command inputs.
• Limited usage and error logs used to prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve performance.

2. Voice and audio

Haven Diva connects to Discord voice channels to deliver requested audio. It does not record or store users' voices or conversations. Temporary playback and queue information is processed only as needed to provide the music session.

3. How we use information

• Respond to commands and play, queue, skip, loop, filter, and display lyrics for requested media.
• Remember server-level settings and enforce command permissions.
• Protect the bot from spam, misuse, and attempts to disrupt the service.
• Diagnose errors and improve playback quality and reliability.

4. Storage and retention

Live queue and playback data is generally temporary and may be cleared when a session ends. Server settings and limited diagnostic records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, or resolve disputes.

5. Third-party services

Music requests may contain links or search terms associated with third-party media platforms. Those platforms and Discord process information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal information. Infrastructure providers may process limited information on our behalf to host and secure the bot.

6. Your choices

You can stop future processing by no longer using the bot. Server administrators can disconnect or remove the bot. You may contact the Haven team to request access to or deletion of stored data associated with your Discord account or server, subject to reasonable identity or ownership verification.

7. Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect stored information, though no online service is completely secure. Haven Diva is intended only for people permitted to use Discord. We may update this policy as the service changes; the latest revision date appears above.
