1. Acceptance of these terms

By inviting, accessing, or using Haven Diva, you agree to these Terms of Service and the bot's Privacy Policy. If you manage a Discord server, you confirm that you have permission to add and configure the bot for that server.

2. Eligibility and platform rules

You must be allowed to use Discord under Discord's Terms of Service and applicable law. You are responsible for following Discord's rules, your server's rules, and any terms that apply to media or third-party platforms used with the bot.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Haven Diva for lawful music playback and related features. You must not:

• Use the bot to access, reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform content without the rights or permission required by law.
• Harass others, repeatedly disrupt voice channels, evade server permissions, or automate abusive command traffic.
• Attempt to overload, probe, reverse engineer, bypass restrictions, or gain unauthorized access to the bot or its systems.
• Use the bot in a way that violates Discord's rules, third-party rights, or applicable law.

4. Content and third-party services

You are responsible for the links, searches, and content you request. Haven Diva does not host or own third-party music services and is not endorsed by them. Availability, quality, and legality of third-party content may vary, and access can change without notice.

5. Availability and changes

The bot is provided on an as-available basis. Playback may be affected by Discord, source platforms, network conditions, or maintenance. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued, and uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.

6. Enforcement

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address rights complaints, prevent abuse, or enforce these terms. Server administrators may remove the bot at any time.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haven Diva is provided without warranties of any kind. Haven and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the bot or third-party content.

8. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
