1. Information we process

Haven Fun Bot processes only the information needed to provide its Discord features and keep them working safely.

• Discord identifiers, such as user, server, channel, role, and message IDs.
• Server settings and feature configuration selected by server administrators.
• Feature data such as levels, experience, virtual economy balances, game progress, cooldowns, and command preferences.
• Command inputs and limited technical logs needed to complete requests, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors.

2. How we use information

• Provide games, leveling, economy, utility, and other requested bot features.
• Save server configuration and user progress between sessions.
• Protect the bot and Haven community from spam, fraud, exploits, and other misuse.
• Monitor reliability, investigate errors, and improve the service.

3. Storage and retention

Information is retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the relevant feature, meet security requirements, or resolve disputes. Temporary command and diagnostic data may be deleted sooner. Server configuration and feature progress may remain until the bot is removed or a valid deletion request is completed.

4. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that help us host and secure the bot, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service. Discord processes information under its own privacy policy when you use Discord.

5. Your choices

You can stop future processing by no longer using the bot. Server administrators can remove the bot from their server. You may contact the Haven team to request access to or deletion of data associated with your Discord account or server. We may ask for verification before acting on a request.

6. Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect stored information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. The bot is intended only for people permitted to use Discord under Discord's Terms of Service and applicable law.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the bot changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies to future use.
