These terms govern the use of Haven Fun Bot and its games, leveling, economy, and community features on Discord.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By inviting, accessing, or using Haven Fun Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service and the bot's Privacy Policy. If you manage a Discord server, you confirm that you have permission to add and configure the bot for that server.
2. Eligibility and Discord rules
You must be allowed to use Discord under Discord's Terms of Service and applicable law. Your use of the bot must also follow Discord's Community Guidelines and the rules of every server in which you use it.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the bot for its intended community, game, leveling, economy, and utility features. You must not:
- Abuse bugs, automate commands, manipulate balances or rankings, or gain an unfair advantage.
- Use the bot to harass others, distribute illegal or harmful content, or violate another person's rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the bot or its systems.
- Misrepresent the bot, resell access without permission, or use it in a way that exposes Haven to liability.
4. Virtual items and balances
Points, currency, items, ranks, and other in-bot rewards have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be redeemed for money. We may correct, reset, or remove them when needed to address bugs, abuse, balancing changes, or service updates.
5. Availability and changes
The bot is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued without guarantee of uninterrupted service. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the bot is provided without warranties of any kind. Haven and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the bot.
7. Termination and updates
You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot or no longer interacting with it. We may suspend access for violations or risks to the service or its users. We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
